*working - we do not approach a true maximum effort. We use a working weight. One that maintains the technique and mechanics of the lift and demonstrates a good working effort.

December 2019 - 13 Years Old, 104 lbs

3 Rep Working Bench Press = 65 lbs

3 Rep Working Squat Clean = 65 lbs

3 Rep Working Back Squat = 102 lbs

3 Rep Working Dead Lift = 135 lbs

“Too Tall” received the coveted Black Beanie. Only a few athletes hold these. Too Tall has increased all of his foundation lifts by more than 230% over the past year.
